We’re Joshua and Jodi Banks — husband and wife, parents of four, and founders of Harvest Syrups. We launched this brand with no money, no investors, and no blueprint — just a big dream, late nights in our kitchen, and four little ones cheering us on (or sometimes climbing the counters while we bottled syrup 😅).

Harvest Syrups is a family business in every sense. Our kids have watched us build this from scratch — not just a brand, but a way of life rooted in faith, creativity, and resilience. Every bottle we sell carries that spirit.

But behind the syrup is an even deeper story. I (Joshua) never made it past the Kindergarten. I was pulled out of school and didn’t return until ninth grade, starting again with a third-grade education. I was never supposed to succeed — let alone build a business with my wife and raise a thriving family.

This syrup isn’t just about flavor. It’s about family. It’s about faith. And it’s about proving that zero percent doesn’t mean impossible.

And now — with every bottle sold — you help support the Graduate Anyways Foundation, our nonprofit where I share my story in schools and colleges. Through this work, we inspire students (and staff) to overcome even the toughest challenges, spark hope, and empower them to change the trajectory of their lives. We believe every student, anywhere, can graduate — no matter their starting point — and we’ve witnessed incredible transformations through this mission.
